Our biggest vehicle is a 15-passenger van. We recommend it for groups larger than 12 with minimal luggage or smaller groups who need plenty of baggage space and seating.

Renters must be 21 years old. Additionally, drivers 21-24 must pay a young driver fee, which we will charge to their credit or debit card.

Remember that all renters need a valid driver's license and proof of insurance, including additional drivers. 

What if I can’t make it to the pick-up location on time?

AVR does its best to offer our customers flexibility when they experience delays or cancellations to their flights. Let us know if you need more time to pick up your vehicle or wish to change your pick-up date. 

We can modify your pick-up time or bring the van to you if you can't get to our rental lot. 

Will AVR price match if I find a cheaper option? 

Yes. If you find a better deal from a competing rental company, save the offer. Be sure to include the rental price, dates, and vehicle model. Of course, we will only match offers for Chicago van rentals.

What if I need the passenger van for longer? 

Call your drop-off location if your plans change and you need to keep the van longer. Our team will do their best to extend your reservation and inform you of any additional costs charged to your credit card.
