# Airport Van Rental > Airport Van Rental (AirportVanRental.com, AVR) is a car and van rental comparison and booking website powered by Travantas. Travelers can search offers from rental providers for airport and city pickup locations, including passenger vans, minivans, cars, SUVs, and other vehicle classes where available. The current AVR booking platform is under new ownership and is not affiliated with the former business that operated physical Airport Van Rental locations. The rental company named in a booking confirmation supplies the vehicle and rental agreement; AVR provides the booking service. This is a guide to AVR's public information, not a live inventory or pricing feed. Start with the booking website for a current quote using pickup and return locations, dates, times, and driver age. A destination page or example vehicle does not establish availability for a particular trip or supplier. Vehicle descriptions, images, and class guides illustrate rental categories. A make or model described as "or similar" is not a guarantee of that exact vehicle. Seating, luggage capacity, transmission, AWD/4x4, mileage, and optional equipment should be confirmed against the selected offer and rental provider's terms, not inferred from a photograph or an SUV label. For booking-specific questions, consult the selected offer, booking confirmation, and applicable rental provider policies. Payment timing, deposits, age and document requirements, cancellation, refunds, and pickup arrangements vary. General travel articles and example prices are not a substitute for those details. The help center explains the distinction between AVR, the rental provider, and other service providers. ## Booking and understanding Airport Van Rental - [Search and compare rentals](https://www.airportvanrental.com/): Start a current rental search with the traveler's trip details; compare available providers and vehicle classes. - [How booking through AVR works](https://help.airportvanrental.com/en/articles/11683483-how-does-booking-a-rental-vehicle-through-airport-van-rental-work): The booking process and the respective roles of AVR and the rental company. - [Current AVR and the former rental-location business](https://help.airportvanrental.com/en/articles/13179361-is-airport-van-rental-the-same-company-that-previously-operated-rental-locations): Brand-history clarification for questions about previously operated rental locations. - [Who to contact](https://help.airportvanrental.com/en/articles/16650250-who-should-i-contact-airport-van-rental-the-rental-company-or-rentalcover): Guidance on routing booking, rental-company, and protection-related questions. ## Vans and group travel - [Van categories](https://www.airportvanrental.com/car-types/van): Compare the published minivan and passenger-van categories. - [Minivan rentals](https://www.airportvanrental.com/car-types/van/minivan): Minivan category information for family and small-group travel. - [12-passenger van rentals](https://www.airportvanrental.com/car-types/van/12-passenger-van): Category guide for larger groups; verify the selected offer's actual capacity and requirements. - [15-passenger van rentals](https://www.airportvanrental.com/car-types/van/15-passenger-van-rental): High-capacity passenger-van category guide; check passenger and luggage needs against the offer. ## Cars, SUVs, and other vehicle classes - [All vehicle classes](https://www.airportvanrental.com/car-types): Main directory of cars, SUVs, vans, and truck categories. - [Car categories](https://www.airportvanrental.com/car-types/car): Explore economy, compact, intermediate, standard, fullsize, premium, and luxury car categories. - [SUV categories](https://www.airportvanrental.com/car-types/suv): Explore SUV size and class options; an SUV category alone does not establish AWD or 4x4 equipment. - [Economy car rentals](https://www.airportvanrental.com/car-types/car/economy-car): Economy-category information for travelers comparing smaller rental cars. - [Luxury car rentals](https://www.airportvanrental.com/car-types/car/luxury-car): Luxury-category information and comparison entry point. - [Choosing a specific make or model](https://help.airportvanrental.com/en/articles/11770131-can-i-choose-a-specific-vehicle-make-or-model): How example vehicles and "or similar" descriptions relate to the booked category. ## Airports, cities, and international destinations - [Country and destination directory](https://www.airportvanrental.com/car-rental): Starting point for the site's published international destination pages.
